Let me tell you a bit about myself!
I am a mom of 3 busy boys, all 10 and under. i am a woman who has found her passion for fitness through personal experience. I offer a combination of nutritional science with fitness training for supercharged results. I am certified in Personal Training, Nutrition, Yoga, and Zumba.
I named my business "New Moon" because like the moon, I move through PHASES, I may not always feel like GLOWING, but my INNER light is always within me.
Just remember, no matter where you are at in your journey, you still rise, you are still whole.
I was at a dark spot in my life 5 years ago. I was overweight, I ate poorly, had poor self esteem. I got told I had a low chance of carrying a baby full term due to me having a medical condition. So I decided to make that my why, with exercise I could increase my chances.
I started on my journey not knowing what to do, where to go, what movements worked to help me or food. So I did research, I observed, I applied what I learned. Then a year later, I lost 80 lbs! And kept it off till I got pregnant with my son in February 2019.
Was high risk so I couldn't work out for half my pregnancy so obviously, momma put on them pounds you know what im saying? 🤣
I went from 130 to 200 lbs while I was pregnant, had my son and got to 170ish. Back where I started. Breastfed and focused more on that than working out. I wanted to cherish those moments before I didn't have them anymore.
Now hes done breastfeeding. And I'm losing my baby weight all over again.
This time, I plan on being stronger and even more body positive than before!
